Promotion and organisation of professional training for careers advisers

Publicising need for expanded school careers advisory services (via articles in Canberra Times and public meetings)

Lobbying Commonwealth Govt for creation of an ACT Career Reference Centre

1977 First National Career Education Conference, 8-10 May, funded by Curriculum Development Centre grant, convened by Gaye Hart and ACT conference committee. Delegates attended from most states.
